Orders | Payment

We use PayPal for our Online Equine Shop. It's safe, simple and convenient—you do not need to register for a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal. All Major credit cards accepted.

Alternatively ... you can pay through Internet banking: just send us an email (use the contact form on the Contact Us page) with your order details, full name, email, shipping address and phone number (optional)—and we will email you our bank account number so you can make a direct payment.

Gift Voucher: If you wish to pay for all, or part of, your order using an equosano Gift Voucher—please email your order to us via the Contact Us page. You will need to pay for the balance of your order, (if any), through internet banking. This method also applies if you are using a 25% discount (unique code) card with your order.

Shipping: A $5.95 flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders made through this website, via the online shopping cart or through our contact form. Larger refill sizes and special orders (over 5 kg) will be charged according to location/size/weight, as stated below.

Bulk Refills and Special Orders: Please use our contact form on the Contact Us page to place your (entire) order. Orders made via our contact form will need to be paid for by via internet banking. A $5.95 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under 5 kg. * Shipping on orders over 5 kg will be charged according to location/weight/size at the cheapest rate possible.
