Terms and Conditions

Full payment is required at checkout. However, if you wish to pay by bank transfer, please send us an email with your order details, including your name, shipping address and phone number (optional) -- and we will email you our bank account number so you can make a direct payment.

Returns Policy:

All our products are quality-checked prior to being shipped. However, if a product(s) are damaged during the shipping process, please photograph the items and any damage to the packaging and contact us immediately. If the package appears damaged when you are requested to sign for it - please check inside the courier bag or box before signing to check that there is no damage to the products. As we handcraft our botanical products in small batches and have very strict quality-control processes -- it is unlikely that you will receive a faulty botanical product. However, we do realise that sometimes 'things happen' -- so if you do receive a product that appears faulty, please contact us regarding the issue so we can resolve it to your satisfaction.

Customer Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us. This means that your customer data and credit card details will be securely guarded and not misused, disclosed or sold to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you agree to receiving them.

Payment by Credit Card:

Your credit card details are processed in real time through Pay Pal and are therefore your personal details are fully protected and are not stored in our server or on our premise.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed once your payment clears through Pay Pal or through internet banking (this can take up to 3 days). We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped but please allow five days for delivery if you pay via Pay Pal, and 7 days if you are paying by internet banking.

There is a $5 flat-rate shipping fee for orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped FREE.
